You will be assessed at the beginning and end of the semester on the same three core lifts. They are: Bench Press, Back Squat and Dead Lift.
At the beginning of the semester when you do these three lifts as pre-tests, you will be awarded 10 points for each lift when it is completed with a legitimate maximum load.
