Program Design

Design your program making sure to address each training modality properly according to the specific training season you are in; ie., preseason, inseason, postseason.

Indicate each training modality with a list of the exercises that you will perform in that modality.

Indicate how many sets you will do per exercise.  Then indicate the number of reps you will do with each set.

Indicate your intensity level by describing how you will determine your load for each exercise.

The modalities you should address include:  strength and/or hypertrophy training, plyometrics, ballistics, speed, overtraining, and agility.
