At the beginning of the semester you will conduct the following fitness tests for yourself. These will test various aspects of your fitness including cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, muscle endurance, and flexibility. Your goal is to achieve the best possible score you can.
Click on each test, read the instructions and follow them precisely. After completing the test record your score on the test results sheet and submit it to your instructor.
You will be awarded 10 points for each test completed with a valid score.
