At the end of the semester you will conduct the same fitness tests for yourself that you did at the beginning of the semester. These will test the same aspects of your fitness exactly as you did then so that you can make a true comparison of your improved level of fitness. Your goal is to achieve the best possible score you can so that you can show improvement over your pretest scores from 16 weeks ago.
Click on each test, read the instructions and follow them precisely. After completing the test record your score on the test results sheet and submit it to your instructor.
You will be awarded 10 points for each test completed with a valid score and an additional 5 points for each test that shows significant improvement. (Significant is defined as moving from one category to the other)
