Signed Safety Contract

Safety is very important in a science lab.  A signed safety contract needs to be on file before you are allowed to participate in any of our labs this year.  Read through the safety rules, sign the bottom, and return a paper copy to me.  You will take a quiz over the safety rules.  You need an 80% or better to be able to participate in lab activities. 

If you do not participate or are unsafe, you will be kicked out of the lab and receive a zero for that lab.
