Magnetic Field Lab

To do this lab, you will need a magnet and a small compass.

1) Place the magnet in the center of the paper, where labeled.

2) Place the compass next to the magnet. On the paper, draw an arrow showing which direction the compass is pointing.

3) Repeat for 20-30 spots all around the magnet.

4) Draw one or two lines connecting the arrows and showing the direction of the magnetic field
