Speed

  • Due No Due Date
  • Points None

Speed is a function of stride length and stride frequency.  In other words, the longer your stride and the faster your foot turnover the greater your speed.  Athletes require quickness, speed over very short or short distances and some over longer distances.  Regardless of which sport you participate in, speed is essential to your success as an athlete.
